Why does r/comicsbook hate Scans_Daily? S_D a 'Pirate Site'?

I've been on Scans_Daily & Reddit r/comicbooks for a several years now. I have an extensive collection that goes back to the '60's, and occasionally I'll post. So I posted this Classic John Totleben drawing from Swamp Thing #53. With the heading of "Swamp Thing transformed Gotham City into a Garden of Earthly delights, Batman tried to kill him. Swamp Thing #53".
But I added a link to S_C "Alan Moore's The Garden of Earthly Delights. Swamp Thing #53 - Scans_Daily (Legal limit excerpt)"
About 250 folks upvoted and we all reminised when Alan Moore, Steve Bissette & John Totleben took Swamp Think to another level.
Then I got Banned. Because I linked to S_D. Because S_D is a 'Pirate Site'?
WTF?
